This could include:
- A brief statement
that you have worked closely with business users in
developing this solution to their need.
- A description of
how you will assure that the project will deliver the
results. This could include a concise overview of how
you will control the project, the extent of end user
involvement prior to completion, testing plans,
project progress reporting, post implementation
evaluation plans, etc.
- A description of any significant risks and how they will be prevented or mitigated.
This is not intended to be an exhaustive treatment of any of the items mentioned above. The intent is to help readers understand that: (1) you have thought the project through, (2) understand what needs to be done to deliver what you are promising, and (3) that you are aware of any risks and already know how to contain them should they arise.
