Why do organizations need to manage IT project / activity performance?
Although there are many reasons, well just look at two for now:
If a key IT project doesnt deliver the promised results when project planners said it would, the business objective that depends upon the IT may be jeopardized.
Senior management cant afford to wait until the projects deliverable due date to learn that its:
